Coronation Street star Bhavna Limbachia looked ethereal in two very different bridal dresses as she shared her first snaps from her wedding on Instagram on Saturday.

The actress, 34, gave fans a glimmer into her secret ceremony where she married fellow actor Darren Kuppan in front of her Corrie co-stars, including Lucy Fallon, last week.

In snaps, taken by ARIF, Bhavna looked divine as she wore her veil  — which had embellishments picking out the lace in her dress — tumbling down her frame.

It has been revealed that her new husband Darren played a paramedic in Coronation Street from 2010 to 2013.

The suave groom - who has also appeared in drama series Britannia High and ITV soap Emmerdale - put on a dapper display as he was clad in a sleek grey suit with a crisp white shirt.

The television personality carried a snow-white bouquet simply made up of roses, pinned together at the bottom with an ivory ribbon.
Picturesque photographs captured the majestic woodland and lake backdrop where the newly weds tied the knot but the soap star coyly kept the location under wraps.

Bhavna, who is from an Indian-Hindu background, with her mum from India and dad from Kenya, looked a vision in her duo of gowns in cream and red hues. MailOnline has approached Bhavna Limbachia's representatives for further comment.

Bhavna revealed the first initial of her new husband's surname is K. She wrote: '22 July 2018 | Mr & Mrs K'.

In another snap, the actress showcased her second extravagant dress in a traditional Indian style in shades of gold and scarlet.

Darren also had two outfit changes for the big day; first a dashing suit to complement his new wife's ivory ballgown and second a gold and red ensemble.

Lucy brought summer to the lavish ceremony in her sunshine yellow dress when she posed on the arm of her love Tom Leech.

The award-winning star, known for playing schoolgirl Bethany Platt in Corrie, shared a snap from her friend's big day but she didn't share any further details.

Bhavna now is on her honeymoon with her new husband and she has teased the tropical location of their getaway with snaps of palm trees against a blue sky.

The stunner has been at the forefront of one of Corrie's most controversial story lines of late as her married Muslim character embarked on a lesbian whirlwind romance.

Bhavna's Rana Nazir gets swept up in her secret love affair with Faye Brooke's Kate Connor on the cobbles.

The actress stressed the storyline was such a 'huge responsibility' as she insisted it was imperative she did it 'justice'.

She told BBC Breakfast: 'I felt such a huge responsibility to get the story right so I went away and did a lot of research, even though it was a big weight on my shoulders I just wanted to make sure I did the storyline justice.'
