Gareth Southgate's heroes send fans in Russia and back at home wild with amazing performance

STREET parties erupted across the country today as jubilant England fans singing "it's coming home" celebrated their record 6-1 World Cup win against Panama.
It is the first time a Three Lions side has ever scored that many in a major tournament, eclipsing the four that came against West Germany in the 1966 final.
Impromptu street parties broke out as fans poured out of pubs to celebrate the incredible win after a stunning Harry Kane hat-trick, a John Stones double and a Jesse Lingard screamer sent England into the last 16.

In London Bridge, hundreds of revellers spilled on to the streets chanting "football's coming home" waving a World Cup trophy.

Decked out in England shirts and waving flags, the boozed-up supporters also yelled "England 'til I die" as they chugged their pints.

Excited fans in Croydon Box Park went berserk as they watched England romp to victory on giant screens.
